Best Sponsorship Pitching and Proposal Software for Sports in 2027
The best sponsorship proposal software depends on which part of the pitch you need help with. Sports-specific tools such as Sportworks.io, Digideck and SponsorFlo build visual, personalised pitches around your own inventory; data tools such as SponsorUnited and SponsorPitch tell you who to pitch; general deck tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Beautiful.ai) and proposal tools (PandaDoc, Qwilr, Proposify) cover slides and signed documents. Many commercial teams combine two of these.
Below, we group the main options by the job they do, say who each one suits and list the prices each vendor publishes. Prices are as published in October 2026, in each vendor's own currency.
What is sponsorship proposal software?
Sponsorship proposal software is any tool that helps a rights holder create, personalise, send and follow up a pitch to a potential sponsor. In sport that usually means a deck showing the brand on your kit, LED boards, signage and social channels, plus the packages and prices on offer.
It is different from two neighbouring categories:
- Sponsorship management software (a sponsorship CRM, contracts, inventory, fulfilment and reporting) runs the partnership after the deal is signed. We cover that in our guide to sponsorship management. Some suites include a proposal builder, and we note those below.
- Generic proposal software (PandaDoc, Qwilr, Proposify) is built for sales quotes and contracts in any industry. It ranks well for this search term and is strong on quotes, approvals and signatures, but it is not built around sponsorship inventory such as LED boards or shirt sleeves, so the visuals come from elsewhere.
If you want help with what goes inside the pitch rather than the tool, read how to write a sponsorship proposal and how to build a sponsorship pitch deck.
What should you look for in sponsorship proposal software?
Start with what the tool actually produces: visual mockups, slides, signed documents or prospect data. Then check it works with your own photos and templates, at the volume you pitch.
A practical checklist:
- Visual personalisation on your own inventory. Can it put a prospect's logo on photos of your real kit, boards and signage, with sensible placement and perspective? Sponsorship consultant Kim Skildum-Reid of Power Sponsorship says sponsors look for customisation and can spot a search-and-replace proposal. A JohnWallStreet column by Shripal Shah on using generative AI for proposals lists mockups of partner branding, 3D renderings and animations among the visuals worth including.
- Works from your existing deck. If your club already has an approved PowerPoint template, check the tool can import it or export back to PPTX and PDF.
- Scale. Personalising one deck is easy. Personalising forty for an outbound campaign to a whole sector is where time is won or lost.
- Tracking. Open alerts, time per slide and per-viewer analytics are now common. Digideck, Visme, Beautiful.ai, Qwilr and PandaDoc all list some form of viewer tracking, as does Sportworks.io.
- Seats and usage limits. Check how many people are included and whether AI usage is capped by credits or generations.
- Whether you also need CRM and contracts. If you do, an all-in-one suite may suit you better than a pure pitching tool. If you already have a CRM, you may not want a second one.
- Published pricing. Some vendors list prices; others only quote after a demo. Neither is wrong, but it affects how quickly you can shortlist.
Which sports-specific tools build sponsorship pitches?
Four sports-focused products help you build the pitch itself: Sportworks.io, Digideck, SponsorFlo and Playbook Sports. A fifth, SponsorCX, is a management suite that connects to deck tools.
Sportworks.io
Sportworks.io is the AI platform for sports commercial teams. Its main job is creating personalised sponsorship pitches, including branded mockups, activation images, videos and pitch decks, in minutes.
- Designs adds sponsor logos to kits, LED boards, stadium signage and social content, or removes existing branding, using your own inventory photos with set logo placements, colour, sizing and perspective. (Designs)
- Studio and Video turn reference images and a written concept into activation visuals, then into short clips such as LED animations. (Studio, Video)
- Decks turns your existing PowerPoint or PDF into a reusable template, then builds personalised decks with visuals, inventory and pricing for each brand you select. It exports to PPTX or PDF, and shared links come with open notifications, per-viewer analytics and a slide-by-slide heatmap. (Decks)
- Scale, launched in May 2026, generates personalised pitch assets for several brands or a whole industry in one run. (Scale)
- Showcase, an interactive 3D venue a prospect can walk through, is coming soon.
According to Sportworks client data, customers see 10x faster production, a 50% cost reduction, 3x more conversions and average payback in under 30 days from first use (Sportworks customers). These are Sportworks' own aggregated figures, not independent research.
Suits: partnership managers and commercial directors at clubs, leagues, governing bodies and federations, and agencies working for them. Current customers are mainly in football and motorsport. Does not include: a CRM or pipeline, contract or inventory management, or sponsor reporting (sponsor management and reporting are on the roadmap). Pricing: £299 to £3,199 a month, with custom plans above that (pricing). Full detail is on our Sportworks.io overview.
Digideck (by Sportsdigita)
Digideck, from Sportsdigita, is a presentation platform for sponsorship proposals, partner onboarding and season recaps. It says it can place a prospect's logo onto 360-degree venue views in one click and track slide and session time with real-time open alerts (Digideck). In 2026 it added an AI "Presentation Agent" (Digideck) and its "DIGI" AI layer for building decks from tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot and AI assistants (Digideck). Digideck says the Sponsorship Marketing Association gave it its Innovation in Sponsorship award in September 2026 (Digideck).
Suits: teams and venues wanting interactive presentations. Digideck says nearly half of US pro sports teams use it. Pricing: not published; subscription based on needs (Digideck).
SponsorFlo
SponsorFlo describes itself as AI sponsorship management software. Its deck builder pulls a prospect from your pipeline, adds their logo to photos of your assets and drafts a deck with packages and prices, exporting to PDF, Google Slides or PowerPoint with tracked links (SponsorFlo). It also keeps contracts, deliverables, invoices and renewals on one partner page (SponsorFlo).
Suits: teams, events, venues, nonprofits, creators and agencies who want pitching and management in one product. Pricing: $299 to $799 a month on self-serve plans; Enterprise from $2,700 a month with a 12-month minimum (SponsorFlo).
Playbook Sports
Playbook Sports is sponsorship management software with a proposal generator that creates customised proposals with dynamic pricing tables, benefit comparisons, ROI projections and branded templates, alongside a sponsor CRM, fulfilment tracking, invoicing and payments (Playbook Sports).
Suits: sports organisations wanting an all-in-one system; it names athletic directors among its users and its examples include US youth sport. Pricing: not published; the page advertises a three-month free trial (Playbook Sports).
SponsorCX
SponsorCX is sponsorship management software for properties, covering partners, sales activity, inventory, agreements and fulfilment. It mentions proposals and an Agreement Builder, and lists integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, DocuSign and Digideck (SponsorCX). It is best seen as the system behind the pitch rather than a pitch creation tool. Pricing: not published.
Which tools help you decide who to pitch?
Data and prospecting platforms tell you which brands sponsor what, and who to contact. They feed the proposal rather than build it. For the wider prospecting process, see how to find sponsors.
- SponsorUnited describes itself as an "AI-native operating system for sponsorship", built on sponsorship intelligence and media data. For rights holders it offers an AI proposal evaluator covering audience fit, competitive landscape and asset and pricing benchmarks. It says it holds more than $45bn of verified deal data (SponsorUnited). Pricing is not published.
- SponsorPitch is a sponsor database and marketplace with decision-maker contacts and deal data. It says it has contacts for more than 13,000 brands (SponsorPitch). It has a free plan, with paid plans from $39 per user a month billed yearly up to $221 a team a month for agencies (SponsorPitch pricing).
Can you use PowerPoint, Canva or another deck tool instead?
Yes. Many clubs build every pitch in a general deck tool, and for a handful of proposals a season it works. Digideck's view is that sponsorship professionals have long relied on PowerPoint, and that adding a prospect's logo to activations can take hours of Photoshop work (Digideck). The time cost is in the mockups and the per-brand edits, not the slides.
- Microsoft PowerPoint comes with Microsoft 365. In the UK, Apps for business is £9.80 per user a month, paid yearly, ex VAT, and Business Standard with Copilot is £18.10 (Microsoft).
- Google Slides can be used by anyone with a Google account, and some features need a Google Workspace business plan (Google).
- Canva has a free plan that includes free templates (Style Factory). Canva Business launched at US$20 per person a month (Canva).
- Beautiful.ai is an AI presentation builder with a sports sponsorship pitch deck template, brand kits, a shared slide library, viewer analytics and exports to PowerPoint, Google Slides and PDF (Beautiful.ai). Pro is $12 a month billed annually and Team is $40 per user a month billed annually (Beautiful.ai pricing).
- Visme offers sponsorship deck templates, AI generators, dynamic fields and open and slide-time tracking, with PDF, PPTX and MP4 exports (Visme). It has a free plan, with paid plans from about $12 per person a month billed annually (Visme FAQ).
- Storydoc builds interactive decks with sponsorship templates, dynamic variables for personalisation and real-time tracking (Storydoc). Starter is $19.80 a month and Pro $36 a month, billed annually (Storydoc pricing).
Gamma, Prezi and Keynote are also used for decks. General tools are built for slides, so sponsor-specific mockups of a brand on your own inventory usually come from a designer, an agency or a dedicated tool.
When do you need general proposal and e-signature software?
You need it when the deal stage calls for a formal, signable document such as a quote, order form or contract, rather than a visual pitch. These tools are strong on approvals, e-signature and tracking, and are often paired with a deck tool.
- Qwilr creates interactive web proposals that buyers can view, accept and e-sign, with analytics and payments. Plans run from $35 to $75 per user a month billed annually, with seat minimums on the higher tiers (Qwilr).
- PandaDoc creates, sends, tracks and e-signs proposals and contracts. It has a free plan for five documents a month, then Starter at $19 a month and Business at $49 per seat a month, both billed annually (PandaDoc).
- Proposify is proposal management software for creating, sending, tracking and e-signing proposals. Build is $35 per user a month billed annually; Grow is $325 a month for five seats and Scale $1,066 a month for ten, both billed annually (Proposify).

Which tool suits which commercial team?
Choose by the bottleneck in your sales process, not by the longest feature list. A simple guide:
- You need to know who to pitch: SponsorUnited for market data and benchmarks, SponsorPitch for contacts and a lower entry price.
- You want pitching, CRM, contracts and invoicing in one place: SponsorFlo, Playbook Sports or SponsorCX (the last paired with a deck tool).
- You want interactive presentations, with a large US pro sports user base by its own account: Digideck.
- You want visual pitch creative and personalised decks built from your own inventory and templates, including batch outbound campaigns: Sportworks.io.
- You pitch a few brands a season on a tight budget: PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva's free plan, with mockups done by hand or by a designer.
- You need a signed quote or contract: PandaDoc, Qwilr or Proposify, alongside whichever deck tool you use.
Example: a second-tier football club planning an outbound campaign
Take a hypothetical second-tier football club that wants to approach 30 regional energy, automotive and financial services companies before the summer window. Its assets are perimeter LED boards, a training-kit sleeve and matchday social content.
In PowerPoint, the work is one master deck plus 30 rounds of logo mockups, each needing a designer to place the brand on the boards and sleeve. A data tool would help build the list of 30. A dedicated pitching tool would take the master deck and inventory photos and produce a personalised deck per brand, with tracking showing which prospects opened it and which slides they read, so the commercial team knows who to call first. Once a brand is ready to commit, a proposal or e-signature tool, or the club's own contract process, handles the paperwork.
That is three jobs and possibly three tools. Many clubs will reasonably cover two of them with what they already own.
FAQ
Is there free sponsorship proposal software?
Yes. Google Slides can be used with any Google account, Canva and Visme have free plans, PandaDoc's free plan covers five documents a month and SponsorPitch has a free tier for prospecting. Free tools cover slides and documents; sponsor-specific mockups usually need a paid tool or a designer.
Can AI write a sponsorship proposal?
AI can draft text, build deck structure and, in sports-specific tools, create mockups of a brand on your inventory. Sportworks.io, Digideck and SponsorFlo all describe AI features for this. You still need to supply the commercial thinking: the right assets, the price and why the brand should care. Our guide to writing a sponsorship proposal covers that.
Can I see whether a sponsor has opened my proposal?
Yes, with most dedicated tools. Digideck, Sportworks.io, SponsorFlo, Visme, Beautiful.ai, Storydoc, Qwilr and PandaDoc all list open or viewer tracking. A PDF sent as an email attachment does not give you this.
What is the difference between sponsorship proposal software and sponsorship management software?
Proposal software helps you win the deal: the pitch, the deck and the follow-up. Management software runs the deal afterwards: CRM, contracts, inventory, fulfilment and reporting. Some products, such as SponsorFlo and Playbook Sports, do both. See our sponsorship management guide.
Do I still need PowerPoint if I buy a pitching tool?
Often, yes. Many clubs keep an approved PowerPoint template, and several tools, including Sportworks.io, SponsorFlo, Beautiful.ai and Visme, export to PPTX, so your decks can still be edited and sent in the format your team and sponsors know.
